Every claim, evidenced and signed.

A continuous practice of curating, binding, and re-verifying the public claims an entity stands behind. The protocol is published. The evidence is on file. Every assertion can be answered for.

In human terms

What this is.

Verified-Claim Stewardship treats every public assertion an entity makes, biographical, professional, ceremonial, transactional — as an item of record under fiduciary care. Each claim is bound to its supporting evidence, indexed under a public protocol, and re-verified on a published cadence. When circumstances change, the record is amended in the same hour, and the amendment itself is preserved.

The practical effect: when a claim is questioned, the answer is already filed.

Cadence
Daily

Inbound claim review. New assertions intake. Same-day evidence-binding for any newly published statement.

Weekly

Active register reconciliation. Cross-referencing of every anchored claim against its primary source.

Quarterly

Full re-verification under the published protocol. Public attestation issued.

Mandate scope

Appropriate for principals whose biographical record is referenced by third parties at consequence, and for institutions whose published claims must withstand interrogation across decades and across systems that did not exist when the claim was first made.

Pricing

By mandate. Terms are set in writing at the close of consultation.

The verification protocol itself is published — read it here.
